HowdyDowdy Do That?

I shared some early sketches of the “western wanderer” character a little while back, but as you’ll recall I hid some portions of the pages for spoiler reasons. Well, those secrets are revealed, so I can finally share more character dev stuff.

Here you can see some of the old cowboy-leaning stuff alongside the more sci-fi armor. I was looking at a lot of mech/robotic illustration examples for inspiration.

If anyone here has read Shred or Dead and feels like they see some similarities between the costume variant above and the “Guardian” costume that Squee wears while battling in the later half of the book…just know that, for legal reasons, I am compelled to say that they are in no way related.
